Large charming cottage ideal for family sharing

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

A fantastic extremely well-presented one bedroom barn conversion located in a quiet and secluded location just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast. The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment.

Beautiful dog friendly cottage in Melton Constable

Enjoy a stay in this fabulously renovated former railway cottage in Melton Constable, in the heart of North Norfolk The cottage has 2 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath. The second bedroom is a super king or can be 2 singles. It has a spacious and well equipped kitchen diner and the added benefit of a downstairs shower room making it perfect for 2 couples or a family. The cottage is dog friendly with a fully enclosed rear garden and a parking space.

The Annexe

Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe at GOMO is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.
