Everything you need for a luxurious stay away. A one bedroom, high spec, recently refurbished "Nest" with hot tub. Private entrance leading to your south facing walled patio area, hot tub, outside dining and a Weber Gas BBQ. Lovely lounge area to sit and watch TV, use the WIFI or sit & eat in the dining area . Luxury fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate Bedroom, comfy king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.
