Close to Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmonds, the mill generates its own electricity and produces its own water and the heating is produced from the ground, so this unique quiet getaway should appeal to guests who also care about the planet. There is a hot tub here to enjoy all year around, koi pond, BBQ and relaxing decking in its own private garden.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)
