Willkommen in unseren charmantem Apartment! Wir bieten insgesamt sechs Einheiten an, die je nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden. Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
