Dette spesielle stedet ligger midt på torget i Drøbak blant vakre verneverdig trehusbebyggelse og et torg fullt av liv. Leiligheten er fullstendig nyrenovert og ligger i en gammel bygård fra 1870 i 2 etasje. Torget er omkranset av sjarmerende cafeer, spisesteder, butikker og torghandel. Det er lett å finne frem og har buss forbindelse til Oslo så og si utenfor døren. Badeparken og Båthavn er 3 min unna i gåavstand, Leiligheten har nytt bad, åpen stue kjøkken løsning og 2 soverom. Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde og bred utsikt til elva fra stue/uteområdet. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.
