A new summerhouse, based on the beautiful lakefront of lake Meðalfellsvatn, Iceland. Only 40 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Sleeps 6 adults, or a family of 6 people. It has all the equipment a house needs. A spacious living room, a kitchen. Two big beedrooms, and a smaller bedroom. Double beds. Two bathrooms, master bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. A “Mancave” on the patio outside. A hottub. We are situated in the middle of the NORTHERN LIGHTS district for the winter months.

This beautiful house has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in 5 min walking distance from the city center. It also has a free small parking space (reservation needed). It is very well located in terms of public transportation. The bus stops right across the street and the domestic airport is 3 min away driving. The BSI bus stop, which takes you to Keflavík international airport is only 5 to 10 min walking. Our daughter lives in a separate apartment in the backyard

The house os located in a tiny village where there are some vegetable farms and possible to buy fresh produce from the farmers. The house is surrounded by trees and the garden is very sheltered from the wind, behind the house is a large garden with a patio and a hot tub.
