Patio doors open to a large garden with patios and lawn, perfect for relaxing outdoor. Secure parking for 3 vehicles.

No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

The Dairy is an idyllic rural 3 bedroom barn conversion nestled in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The open plan living area comprises of kitchen, dining & lounge, great for socialising. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or just take time out, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside and our horses. Adults only. 2 guests max. Our peaceful dog friendly home from home has the countryside on your doorstep with plenty of walks/bike rides etc. * Private garden which is not overlooked complete with BBQ and seating area * Kingsize bed, Netflix, Sky TV, WiFi and Air con unit for the warmer months * Private Parking * CCTV on front door and back gate * This centrally-located home has a number of attractions within a short driving distance and local pubs We do not have a hot tub anymore for returning guests

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained studio room within the grounds of our house. It's completely self contained, with a private entrance, en suite shower room, and off road parking. There is also a fridge and a microwave, a two burner electric hob, (but please note no oven or washing machine), dining table and chairs, crockery, glasses etc, TV and DVD player. We leave a selection of cereals, bread, milk, juice in the fridge for guests to help themselves to continental breakfast.

The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

The Billhook

We have 2 lovely Shepherd's huts available, The Billhook & The Longbow, situated in a rural location on Historic battlefield ground. Self contained huts, with their own bathroom and kitchenette, where you can cosy up in a comfortable bed in front of the log burner or just open the blinds and look at the panoramic views over the open countryside. A 3 minute walk away from a superb country pub, which serves great food every day of the week.

Private entrance, ample parking, sky glass tv, wifi, well equipped, modern, decking patio and seating area, selection of games. Electric car charging available by arrangement. Near the Battle of Bosworth Field, Mallory Park, Fosse Park Shopping, Twycross Zoo, Tropical Birdland, Kirby Muxloe Castle, Bradgate Park.
