This was our second year staying here and we had a great time again! The location is perfect, walkable to Grammy Jay trail so you can ski in and out. The size of the place was great for our family of 5. The downstairs space is great for the kids to play with their cousins while the adults could hang out in the living room upstairs.

Vicky was extremely helpful and responsive.

Everything you can ask for a weekend get-away. Great, relaxing spot in the middle of nature. Very responsive and kind host that allowed the necessary privacy. Having a welcome orange juice, yogurts and banana muffins was such a pleasant surprise. can recommend it to everyone :)

We very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and place was well stocked and furnished. Excellent climate control. A true ski in ski out location that’s very close to the ski lifts.

Belle emplacement et près de tout. On peux allier à la plage des Cantons à pieds en 10 - 15 minutes. Un marché public le dimanche. Merci Tommy

We had a wonderful stay at Todd’s house. He was a wonderful host - responsive, helpful and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the condo was *exactly* as listed. The pictures were 100% accurate. My girlfriends and I were so impressed. Location was so close to wonderful restaurants, shops, and the mountain. Everything we needed - including the Balnea Spa - was under 10 min drive. We have already started talking about a return trip in the summer and fall! All of us raved about Todd’s beautiful space.

L'appartement est très situé, bien équipé, spacieux et confortable, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. il est bien placé par rapport aux commerces et restaurants, également par rapport aux activités et seulement à 8 min du Mont Orford. Il y avait des jeux pour les enfants et la literie était très confortable. La communication avec Patrick était excellente. Je recommande !

Great place for the two of us, only thing I would add is a secure wifi connection, the place only offers unsecure wifi, other than that a great spot if you are skiing Orford!

bonjour location juste excellente, parfaitement conforme, facile d'accès et pour le stationnement. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel, équipement ménager au top, l'environnement avec le lac des nations juste en face est remarquable, si vous aimez faire votre session de running, c'est vraiment parfait Ce logement mérite ses 5 étoiles.

The home is lovely & very clean. Incredible views & property. Leah was an excellent host. I look forward to visiting again.

On a beaucoup aimé le condo. Sa localisation est parfaite pour les amateurs de ski. La navette en semaine sur demande est vraiment géniale ! les lits sont confortables et les 2 salles de bain complète avec douches ont été très pratiques avec nos 2 jeunes enfants. On reviendra assurément. Merci pour tout !

What a hidden gem in northern Vermont. If you are into skiing, this spot is convenient to access Jay Peak and other great resorts. Regarding the property, our group felt right at home surrounded by a beautiful space with small walking trails and the constant roaring of an amazing waterfall. The space was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more. Completely recommended, you will not be dissapointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Amelie's place in Orford. The condo was large and spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed some hiking and spent the day at a nearby spa, and also used the sauna out back behind the condo building - which was a nice treat. I would definitely recommend Amelia's place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Communication with the hosts was very smooth and their rules easy to follow. We definitely recommend it 🥰 Milena with family

Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. We loved this condo! Right next to the hill & the instructions to walk to the trail are listed in the fridge. Beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well appointed. Gas oven/stove were a plus for us! Loved the washer dryer. Tons of towels, too! Tracey was awesome and answered all of my questions. We will be back to make more beautiful memories at Jay Peak! Thank you!

You can’t find a better place for ski in/ski out accommodations. Condo was perfect for our family of five with everything we needed. Easy walk right down the hill to food/the waterpark/apres fun. Our kids loved that they could literally pop on their skis and head right down to the lifts and I love that I could grab Ramen from the miso hut and then take the magic carpet right back up to the condo for lunch. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Had a pleasant experienc staying at Vanessa's place. The building itself appears to be quite old, but the apartment has been newly renovated, which was a nice surprise. The space was clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The apartment is ideal for two people, offering just enough room for a couple to relax. However, I wouldn't recommend it for four people, as the space might feel cramped. The location is a definite highlight, next to water and with downtown Magog within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. In summary, it's a great spot for a couple looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, with a nice balance of old charm and modern updates.

We had a lovely and restful stay at Carine and Sebastien's place. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and an easy walking distance to downtown attractions. The hosts were so kind and accommodating when we were stranded by bad weather and they graciously let us extend our stay for an extra night. We look forward to returning!

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!

Endroit très accueillant. Hôte qui a à coeur le confort et le bien-être de ses clients. Condo très bien équipé. Les spas sont un plus grandement appréciés. Quelques difficultés avec les codes d'accès mais Mélanie a été rapide et efficace pour gérer la situation. Toujours avoir son cell avec soi au cas. Au plaisir d'y retourner 😊
