Only a couple of minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M4, for explorers and 'doers', The Roost is within easy reach of Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Cardiff, the Cotswolds; the list is endless! At the same time, the countryside setting, its own charming garden and the plentitude of local walks also make The Roost the ideal setting for those that just want to kick back and relax - get away from it all!

Piglet's House

Set in eight acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, Piglet's House can be found within the grounds of an 18th century farm. Piglet's House contains a small but well equipped kitchen, a desk for 'working from home', a roll-top bathtub, shower and loo, TV and sofa, high-speed Wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Easily accessed from Junction 17 of the M4, it is set down a long driveway and has it’s own off-road parking spot for one car. Babies/toddlers welcome too.

Close to popular wedding venues, Kin House and Grittleton House.

Garden annex, Lovely location Perfect holiday base

This delightful garden annex has everything you would need for a relaxed stay in Wiltshire. Set in a large private garden, with views of the woods behind, you will find your stay a peaceful and enjoyable one. This one bedroom annex has a king size bed, with the option of a day bed which converts to a single bed. We also provide a TV, DVD Player & books and games for your entertainment. The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Rural cottage on our family farm. Beautifully decorated and full of character. Large garden & plenty of parking. Well equipped Kitchen diner and log burner with good supply of logs in sitting room. Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.

The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.

Facing south, the room is a newly refurbished en-suite guest room situated in the peaceful village of Rudloe not far from the beautiful market town of Corsham. There is a café just around the corner which is open until 2 pm, Monday to Friday Parking for one vehicle and free WI-FI are available

The Dairy is a beautiful 16th Century cottage attached to our house. Perfect for a couple or small family get away to the countryside. The cottage is set on six acres of land and looks out into the formal garden, both of which you can roam around.
