Cafès, Restaurants, Läden, das Kloster, der Bahnhof sowie die Bushaltestelle zu den Bergbahnen sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere 60 m2 grosse Wohnung verfügt über schnelles WLAN, TV, Netflix, Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie ausgestattete Küche und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz im selben Gebäude ist auf Anfrage kostenlos verfügbar.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Ein Ort um sich zu erholen und die Ruhe zu geniessen. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg wochenweise zu vermieten. Das Maiensäss ist mit dem Auto bis auf ca. 500 m erreichbar. (Fahrbewilligung muss gelöst werden. ) Ab dem Weiler Val ist es in ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Maiensäss kann wochenweise gemietet werden. Individuelle Wünsche sind auch möglich.
