The Barn

Surrounded by open countryside and a superb walking distance away from the Devils Punch Bowl our converted barn is the perfect place to come and relax. It comfortably sleeps 5 and is self contained with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We have Ultrafast fibre (up to 500mbps) should you need it for work or just to stream a film. The barn sits within our grounds and is private however should you need anything I am always around. We are within an hours drive from both London and Goodwood.

In the countryside but 5 minutes from Woking station (25-30 mins to Waterloo) and very convenient for Heathrow and Gatwick and several major motorways including M25/M3/M4/M2. The self contained converted stable block has 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, en-suite shower room/loo, kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and other kitchen essentials. Sitting room area offers Sky TV (all sports and movie channels) & a piano. Off road secure parking alongside Stables. Trained dogs welcome.

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint. Two bedrooms - one double and either one super king size bed OR two single (twin) beds sleeping up to 4 guests.

It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
