There is an indoor pool, Langley Grange, 5 minute walk from the house that you can book. NB: use of the Sauna comes at an extra charge

The Flint Shed near Norwich is a unique private space with Super King Sized Bed, double ended luxury Bath, Rain Shower, his and hers sinks and courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Fully equipped Kitchen Diner, separate Lounge area and Netflix & Sky and board games. Located in the Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Perfectly positioned for the Norwich city centre, countryside & beaches. Private entrance and parking.

The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Our lovely 1 bed barn conversion is situated in S.Norfolk village in a beautiful rural area yet only 7 miles to the vibrant city of Norwich! Great for cyclists, a haven for birdwatchers and walkers and only 45 mins to the coast. Full GCH to keep you warm in winter, and a pretty terrace to enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. A fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and drier, with spacious lounge with dining area and cosy ensuite bedroom mean it's a home from home.

River Rest Waterside Norfolk Broads

A firm favourite with past guests and even better now with her fresh new look. Our 2 bedroom River Rest is in a perfect setting at the front of our Marina, a good spot for fishing from the garden and seeing the boats pass by on their way to and from the River Yare. This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board. Local boat & canoe hire is possible. Explore the Norfolk Broads and moor right outside of your cosy lodge!
