We had a great time, we didn’t have to carry any keys to get in, I think having a coded door lock is a great idea,there is an indoor pool on the same floor that is under repairs right now, it would have been nice if we were able to use it, I think that it’s so convenient to have on the same floor, the ocean view from the living room and balcony is wonderful, you can walk out to the beach from the outdoor pool area, we definitely would like to stay here again.

Very clean. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Multiple pools and hot tubs. The host was great and very responsive. It was nice to have all the beach gear needed already at the condo to use. The host also left a welcome basket, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Once I received the address and got to The place The place was beautiful, I felt right at home. The amenities offered made it easy to stay at the room and have a blast. The surroundings were beautiful. It was direct beach access, the pool area was beautiful my children swam all day. Per the pictures I did think I had a balcony. But it was still a beautifull stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. I will be coming back very soon .

Completely Renovated - 3 bed, 3 bath -Beach Access

This was a perfect space our family of four. It was quiet area, and being inside a unit, it was quieter. We all slept so well and the beds were super comfy. While across the ocean, which was a simple walk, the view of the lake was serene. I enjoyed breakfast outside in the patio each morning. The pools were a bonus, especially when winds picked up on the beaches. There are a few nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was set up well for being able to cook.

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The beach view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay with my husband and 2 children. William was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. It was nice to walk down to the beach and collect shark teeth and then hop over to the pool and lazy river. I would 100% stay here again!

Susan was friendly. Room was ready early which was great because our flight landed early. Very clean and well stocked unit. It had plates, bowls, silverware,air fryer, mini fridge and freezer and a microwave. Plenty of clean towels, washcloths, shampoo, lotion and hand soap. It was roomy. 30 sec walk to the outdoor pools on the 1st floor. Ocean view. Enjoyed staying in this unit.

Wonderful! I travel here often for work and this has by far been my favorite stay. The suite was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for cooking etc. I was already looking to book my next trip with this host. Highly recommend

Myself, partner and a couple of other friends stayed for 7 beautiful days in Brantley’ condo in the palms resort. The view of the beach from the two balconies are spectacular and great to sit and watch the sunrise in the morning. The place was clean, spacious and met all our needs. Would definitely book this condo again if we ever decide to travel to Myrtle Beach again in the future. The areas around the condo such as the outdoor pool, grassy areas where lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas are at are all well kept and look great. Brantley is an excellent host and easy to deal with. Highly recommended this condo, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing. We were blown away. We loved everything about the experience here and hope to return one day. It was SO clean, and the pools were great as was the proximity to the beach. The suite itself was so spacious. Amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was very responsive. The parking garage is very full and the elevators were very slow but other than that it was great. There’s even 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet which was amazing!

Amazing ocean views! Palace Resort Unit 705

This was a great place to stay! The room was as described and the view from the balcony was perfect. You can tell this is an older hotel but they did a good job to keep it updated and have plenty of amenities. One really cool thing is the 2 pools on opposite sides of the building. During the afternoon hours the south pool is in direct sunlight and the north pool area is completely shaded. And yup, the beach is literally steps away. There’s a great diner across the street and a small Wal-ly World 1 block away! Attached parking garage is a huge plus too. 5 Stars all day with a few hiccups… Dislikes: 1. The host tried to charge me $20 for a new trash can because the lid was broken (not actually broken, just fell off the hinges). Not sure at this time how it’s going to play out. 2. The 3 elevators are very busy. 3. The mattress is not comfortable and the bed is super loud & squeaky. I would gladly stay here again. Well worth the money.

Our stay was great! The space was wonderful, loved being able to cook a meal as well as do laundry. The ocean view from the balcony is top tier we even seen some dolphins swimming. The amenities at the location were enjoyable and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area! Would book again if we headed back to the area for vacation in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for our family to stay the week!

This hotel room is absolutely perfect. Its nice, its furnished, fully working kitchen. Beautiful overlook of the beach. I don’t know if it was because Myrtle Beach was out of season, but the area of the hotel seemed a little “ghetto.” However, this condo room was so so so nice and the communication was great. I am a college student, I would recommend this property. If you have “adult money” you may want to look for somewhere that seems a little safer.

The condo was exactly as pictured, the extended balcony was a huge plus! The bathrooms were spacious, although being a hair dryer if you need one as it may take a little longer with the one supplied! The resort was very friendly, helpful and the ladies in the front office were always smiling and welcoming. The parking garage is VERY narrow but there’s additional parking across the street. The trolleys (suitcase caddy) don’t fit into the rooms either so keep that in mind! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, the living room was spacious and both bedrooms accommodated nicely. The double doors to the balcony made the entire experience even better! We will be back in the future!
