Great place to stay while exploring the area! Hosts were friendly and kind and area was nice.

The place was cute and quiet with a comfy bed and big window to listen to the waves! It was a perfect quiet getaway for me and my husband! Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing small town feel, this place would be perfect! I will say, you have to walk down a bit to get onto the beach as there was no access from the condo due to erosion, but we didn’t really mind that.

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

Unbeatable location! We loved that it was dog friendly and walkable to everything downtown. Megan was super responsive, friendly, and there to assist with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you for a lovely stay!

The Loft was neat and clean with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and most days we walked to dinner as well. Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Stevens place was clean and in a great location. He was quick to respond and fix when we had an issue with the doorknob. We would definitely stay here again!

Kelly and her home are both absolutely fantastic. For the value, this is an incredible deal. It is worth noting that Kelly is one of the most communicative and kind hosts I have ever interacted with. If you are looking to visit Wilmington, stay at Kelly's home. Thank you very much, Kelly.

Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! James was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to loan us a high chair so we didn’t need to travel with one. He was very responsive and kind! House is in a perfect location to travel all around in a quick trip - downtown, Wrightsville beach, midtown, monkey junction, the airport. It was serene and nestled in the woods and we will definitely be staying there for future visits!

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

Beautiful modern house, good size for my family of 5 members. Really nice neighborhood, new, clean and peaceful. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities. I can still call it the perfect house, even tho two things bothered me, I was not able to cook home made flour tortillas for my son's (one flew from Ohio the other is in active duty in NC, we are from Texas) For some reason the stove didn't heat up high enough to cook em. Second, I have a small Shih Tzu ,he fit thru the back bar fenced, thank God I found him. Not the hostess fault, it is fenced, but not small dog approve.

We spent 3 nights here for my lab’s birthday and it was the perfect spot for taking a dog to the beach. Freeman Park couldn’t be more conveniently located and was so nice to enjoy. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay!

What a great place. Love the modern decor. Literally steps away from the beach. Chad is a great communicator. The process from start to finish could not have been better. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend.

It was very homey & peaceful. The view of the beach was amazing. The bed was SUPER comfortable & the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Lovely stay & I would love to return again!

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!
