Situated close to the train line into central London, our lovely flat is above our pub and close to Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and Kingston upon Thames. Our pub sits half way down a quiet, residential street on the edge of the village of Thames Ditton. With 3 bedrooms, our flat is suitable for groups of up to 6 people, or families. Being above a pub, you can enjoy a meal and/or a drink downstairs. Sofa bed available on request.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Living includes a new compact and bijou fully fitted kitchen, dining area with wood burner, luxurious sofa and Smart HD TV/ Sonos sound bar as well as complimentary WiFi.

A charming two double bedroom Victorian cottage situated in a quiet and convenient cul-de-sac in the heart of Surbiton. Just 5 minutes walk to the river. The property is beautifully presented throughout and has a pretty rear garden and 1x parking space. Surbiton is in great location with: Waterloo - 15 mins by train Hampton Court - 7 min by train Kingston - 0.6 mile walk We only accept 2 night bookings for Fri/Sat nights. The Courtyard is a luxury, completely self contained apartment, safe and secure with its own private entrance. The king size bedroom and seating area overlook our courtyard in leafy Long Ditton. Close to Surbiton with trains direct to London Waterloo in just 16 minutes. Access to the suite is from a key safe. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Plenty of free on-street parking.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
