Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

You will love this 120m2 beach-front Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms are large enough to add a baby cot; the other cannot, but is suitable for children.The living room is superb. Outside, the partially covered terrace with dining and sun bathing area leads directly to the beach with great views to the nearly islands. Full wi-fi is included + internet TV . Studio is on the 4th lower level of our villa in the SW, 30 mins from airport, in a small village with a laid back feel called Thong Krut. 900 sq ft studio, TV, Wifi & AC. Open plan, lounge area, American style kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, bedroom area & bathroom with shower, balcony with sun beds, full sea view. Use of infinity pool and sala. Note pool isn’t on the same level. The studio is a secure gated community with security cameras.

Amazing Sea View Pool Villa, Chaweng Noi

Prices include all utilities except electric (6b/unit). This modern 2 bed 3 bath villa with own pool is blessed with breath-taking sea views of the jungle and sea beyond yet only 5-10 mins drive to town (Chaweng, the main town). Most people say the view is more "wow" than photos show. Sits amongst 7 houses, up a 2km winding private jungle road hill, 5 mins drive (15 min walk) to Chaweng Beach, the most popular beach. Transport recommended.
