I stayed there with my mother and my children. The house was cozy and located very near the swimming pool and playground. The house looked freshly built, kitchen had a portable stove, water cooker and few cooking tools and utensils but that is about it. There was no wifi and the lower ground has poor internet signal. The respond hour could be improved, but overal it was a great stay and worth the value.

Coba2 booking ternyata oke banget. Cocok buat staycation ramean. Tempatnya cantik banget bikin betah. Worth it lah. Kapan2 balik lagi

Beautiful house, big bedroom, comfy bed. A little further from town, peaceful neighbourhood with security. The place is clean, water pressure is good. Quiet at night but with friendly neighbours. 10/10 would stay again if i were to visit Surabaya again :)

Complete facilities, clean, and a great location for families. Most importantly: pet-friendly. The area is also excellent for pets, with many parks and a peaceful environment. The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time.

Great place to stay, highly recommend

The host, fadi, is always a great help to guests who are not able to speak Indonesian with quick response and friendly guidance. If there is a problem, the host tries to solve it first. The location of the accommodation is the best place to walk around the pakuwon city mall, especially the swimming pool was really good. During my stay for 1 month, I received a lot of help from the host.

Kamar apartemen dengan view yg bagus, menghadap kota, ada balkon sehingga tampil gemerlap gedung gedung ketika malam. Bisa melihat pemandangan kembang api, saat menginap di malam tahun baru. Kamar juga tertata rapi. Saat datang ada welcome drink dan snack yang disediakan. Peralatan mulai dari alat dapur, kompor, piring, sendok, pisau sangat lengkap. Ada pemanas air juga, dan kamar mandi cukup luas dan bersih. Wifi juga tersedia dan ada TV juga. Overall cukup puas, rekomended
