Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach. This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

This centrally-located, dog-friendly, single-level home will have you creating perfect days in no time! Newly remodeled in 2022. Less than 2 miles to the beach, minutes away from restaurants, and several golf courses within reach! Inside you will find hardwood floors, an open living/kitchen area with plenty of room to gather, and a charming adjacent room that includes a table that seats six. TVs in every room with streaming, and Serta mattresses to ensure a blissful nights sleep!
