The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

Outdoor pursuits at Cotswold Water Park, Golf Courses, Badminton Trials. 7 miles from Fairford, ideally placed for the International Air Tattoo. Culture in Regency Cheltenham.

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. Featuring two cozy bedrooms, a real fire and off-street parking. Ideally situated for wedding venues, countryside walks and with the Swan Inn pub less than 5 min walk - it’s the perfect countryside retreat.

The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Hampton Fields Cottage-an idyllic Cotswolds escape

A beautifully furnished self-contained annexe. Located in rural Cotswolds, the property has its own entrance and separate garden and terrace area. Built close to the owner's house, parking is included and next to the property. We are a pet-friendly property, but only upon request. The annexe is part of a family home and we have children and a friendly dog so we welcome dogs who are friendly to both. There is an additional charge of £10 per night.
