Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

A queen sleeper sofa makes use of the space to enjoy the 65” flat screen TV and folds out into a comfortable bed at night.

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

The house is in a quiet, peaceful location yet is just a few blocks to the Clubhouse with restaurant, bar, library, pools, billiards and more.

Only minutes to downtown Chandler with a lively restaurant/bar and shopping area. If you love the outdoors enjoy the multiple golf courses, hiking, and biking trails all just a few a miles away. Airport is a short 20 minute drive with easy access to multiple freeways.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in Palo Verde Golf club. You have access to five golf courses and 5 great restaurants and bars. The house is located on a very quiet street with an amazing backyard to socialize and relax. Tall outside bar seating with grill and fireplace. Golfcart included and guest pass included with rental.
