Recently renovated, this cozy 2-story colonial offers a full kitchen with gas range, espresso machine, air fryer, dishwasher, and wine fridge. The kitchen side door opens to a fenced-in backyard. The living room has a sofa, large SmartTV and a dining area with seating for 4. The main level bedroom has a twin trundle bed and vanity. Upstairs is a large loft-style bedroom with king-size bed, faux fireplace, work desk, closet and sturdy oak storage furniture. Washer/dryer available in basement.

Luxury barn with best view in the national park

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!

Entire Home Highland Square/CVNP

Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located home 1 block away from the strip in Highland Square. Central air, 2 bedrooms with brand new queen beds. Large kitchen with dishwasher. Netflix & Prime Video on tv's. Comfortable leather couches, front and back deck, and fire pit. Being 5 minutes from Downtown Akron, 35 minutes from Downtown Cleveland, and 10 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, there is a lot of nightlife, hiking and biking in the area. All are welcome!

Home Away at White Pond Drive Contemporary decore in this clean 900 Square foot ranch. Home all to yourself. Large, new kitchen, full bathroom, sunroom, internet, basic cable & DVD (TV in LR & MBR) treadmill, W&D in basement. Train tracks across the street, so you will hear the train rumble by and the horn. West Akron less than a mile from restaurants, close to expressway. Nestled between Highland square, Fairlawn, and Copley. Great location. Pet friendly for one pet only please!

Nostalgic King - First Floor

This house has appx. 700 sq. ft. and is very cozy for a night stay, a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Bedroom has brand new mattress and box spring along with all new bedding. The living room has a brand new futon that folds out to a double bed. New TV in living room. Bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, all accessories needed for your overnight stay along with a First aid kit on site.

Spacious 2 Bedroom House

Spacious two bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood away from city noise and only 7 minutes away from Downtown Akron where many go for dining and experiences. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. We offer many amenities and the property is fully secured. Beautiful, tranquil fish pond outside to admire on warm summer days in Ohio. There will be someone available at all times to assist you if you should need anything.
