The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

This stunning newly built home is only 3 miles from downtown Summerville. Master down stairs, 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, over 2,400sqft, two story home with a fenced in yard makes for a very comfortable stay. Infant and children friendly with 2 cribs, 2 baby monitors, and a changing table. 4 minutes off i-26, 30min from Downtown Charleston, and 23min from Charleston's International Airport. Shopping, grocery stores, boutiques, as well as wonderful dining is very conveniently located.

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
