This was probably one of the best rentals we’ve ever had on Airbnb. My family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. And the views of the beach were unmatched. The host was super responsive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

It's a great place and so convenient to walk to the beach. The host communicated well, and we had a wonderful time. If we come back to Folly Beach, we will definitely consider this location again.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy 30 minute commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around a great experience.

We really enjoyed our place in Isle of Palms! It was close enough to the shops and bars but also far enough away to be very quiet and calm! The view was nice, and I loved the butterflies (and flowers) right next to the porch. The pier and beach access were just a few feet away. Perfect for a quick and last-minute getaway weekend.

We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the detailed instructions for check in and parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to King St.

Location, location, location. Cozy 1BR, 1 Bath condo in the center of it all on Sullivan's Island. Great place for a solo or couples getaway. 2 minute walk to the beach and/or any restaurant, bar, shop, or business. Bed was very comfortable. The designated parking spot was also a big plus.

Perfect place for the holiday. Close to family and easy to get around. Quiet location and very walkable. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.

We loved staying at Michaela’s place! It was very central to everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive and helpful along with wonderful southern hospitality! Amazing place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We had a great stay at the condo. We were there with our 4 kids and the condo still felt spacious. Had everything we needed including little thoughtful things like USB outlets, a wagon and beach chairs - beds were comfortable as well! Great location within walking distance to the beach and pier as well as great restaurants and treats. Hosts were great and very responsive with clear instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Rob’s home. Very quiet neighborhood that is centrally located from many great places to visit in Charleston. We rented a car and could easily drive to many places in 20 min or less. The condo was impeccably clean, nicely furnished, and plenty of space. Rob was an attentive host and gave very clear information and was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this stay!

Kathy’s place is a great find! Stayed here for a couples weekend away- and both couples loved having our own suites with bathrooms! This place is so comfy and cozy and perfect! Kathy is the best host ever- super responsive and just goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!! We’ve stayed here twice now and will likely do it again in the future!!

Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

This was a wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Craig's place and it had all the necessary amenities for a great weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and I especially loved how clean the place smelled when we first checked in. It was easy to relax in such a clean and inviting space and we'll definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

We loved this location! Easy walk to the beach. The wagon and beach chairs were a nice amenity. The pool was well maintained and just the right size for what we wanted. We enjoyed trying new restaurants in the area. An easy drive to Charleston. Just a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Folly Beach condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and walking distance to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of five. Everyone had room to spread out and relax, which made our trip so comfortable and easy. And Brooklyn was the absolute best host—super responsive, helpful, and kind from start to finish. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The condo was just as described and within walking distance to Folly. If you dont mind a short walk across the bridge, this place is the perfect destination. It allows you to easily experience and enjoy all Folly Beach jas to offer without needing to drive, which can be difficult during the busy season. The place was extremely clean and well stocked for anything you might need on your vacation. The deck out back was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. You also have access to the dock, which was an added bonus for evening sunsets. We initially had issues getting in th condo, but Sara was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend considering this destination for your next Folly trip.
