This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so its not flawless. It's simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's just a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack dab in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).

The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed.
