Relish in the comforts of home in the quaint kitchen. You'll find everything you need to be chef for a day! And then lay back and watch a good show on the smart TV.

Overlooking the scenic Needmore Ranch and featuring a working water wheel powered by the nearby Stephen's Spring, the Spring House Tiny Home is perfect for couples reconnecting with nature, accessing the nearby Illinois River, or relaxing with that significant other. Guests will have access to over 400 acres of private property to hike, explore, or view the local wildlife.

By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

Come enjoy the quaint Happy Hound log cabin studio in Rudy, AR! The cabin is a real log cabin, queen size bed, living area and full bath! Cabin is set on 100 acres of forest & pasture. The Velvet Rooster, Pampered Peacock and the Cuddly Cow log cabins are also available near this cabin. 1.2 miles to the Frog Bayou for fun water activities on the creek. Approximately 45 minutes to Fayetteville and 20 minutes to Fort Smith. Room for a trailer. Cabin has heat/air, smart tv and a kitchen.

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Kendra's Kabin at HV RV & Treehouse Resort

Welcome to Kendra's Kabin! An adorable treehouse located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. 1 exit to the U of A. While we offer DISH tv with several channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING! 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds. Weight limit is 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended while outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.

Hogeye Hideaway

Hogeye Hideaway is located in a private setting with a beautiful view of the Ozarks Mountains. However, only a short drive to Devils Den State Park & University of Arkansas/Dickson Street. This is a great place for a couples retreat or for groups looking to attend local events in Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy the indoor fireplace on cold days or the outdoor fire pit with S’mores! There is also room for camping tents for additional guests or for the kids & dog to run!
