Historic Home on 4 Acres - Hot Tub, Pool, Tiki Bar

Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

The Rock House was built in 1856 by Dutch homesteaders and has been beautifully restored with modern comforts. This cozy 2-bedroom cottage sits next to Central College and is just minutes from downtown shops, bakeries, and the famous Vermeer Windmill. Perfect for couples, small families, Central College visitors or a cozy Pella getaway, the home blends historic charm with a peaceful retreat.

The Prayer Cabin

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

The Strawtown Cottage - in downtown Pella

Completely remodeled 1865 original Strawtown Store of Pella conveniently located in one of the best small towns in Iowa. Three blocks to downtown Pella, 1 1/2 blocks to West Market Park, 2 blocks to Central football, baseball and softball complex. Enjoy the cottage charm with two private bed and bath suites, a family room with dining, full kitchen, front and side porch, laundry and large back yard. Off-street parking in the back. Luxury sheets on queen beds await after your adventures.

Yurt Glamping on a Magical Goat Farm

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

Monte Lofts, on the square.

Welcome to Monte Lofts in downtown Montezuma. This spacious, newly remodeled loft is smoke free and pet free. The loft features a private, secured entrance, a huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own entrance to the laundry room and full bathroom. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.

Cozy Log Cabin; A Secluded haven off the IA River

Get cozy in our homey, one of a kind, nature inspired cabin. Located in the heart of the Iowa River Corridor, surrounded by 300 acres of rolling hills and lush timber, this cabin is the perfect place to unplug and get away. Our quaint log cabin tucked in the trees is host to homespun touches all around. Bird watch on any of our outdoor spaces or take a walk through our freshly mowed trails (jan-mar, jun-sept). Located in a migratory path, enjoy the essence of nature all around you.

Sandstone Creek Barn

Make memories when you vacation by staying in a barn! Connect with rural life and nature at this comfortable escape. Ideal for families, couples, and singles with extra long twin beds in the bedroom and two lofts. Space to roam with 2+ miles of nature trails. Or relax with table and board games. The stairs into the lofts are steep. Someone with walking or climbing issues might have trouble. (The hosts are both 76 and have no trouble.)

Songbird Hideaway

If you are searching for a unique and tranquil retreat amidst nature's beauty, Songbird Hideaway is a great choice. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a modern western vibe features a secluded property overlooking a pond, an expansive yard, and walking trails throughout the grounds. The relaxing and peaceful atmosphere is a superb place to unwind or spend quality time with family and friends.

Relax at this adults only log cabin that sleeps 4 comfortably! Private tiki bar w/grill overlooking our lake which is stocked with bass, blue gil and catfish! It's Perfect for fishing and kayaking! We have a fire pit, bbq, walking path on property, outdoor seating, donkeys & mini horses on property. The house is stocked with what you need to cook/bbq! Near speedway, holiday lake, Williamsburg!

60's Inspired Studio

Our awesome 60's Inspired studio has a mid-century vintage vibe! A quick walk to explore the unique city of Pella. Including the city park, historical buildings, restaurants, bakeries, meat markets, stores, Central College, movie theater and much more to explore. This is a second story walk-up; you will have a flight of steps to enter and exit. Private entrance and parking in driveway.

PRAIRIE LOFTS/Grinnell, IA (Eagle)

(EAGLE) Contemporary loft in an "historic" building in the heart of downtown Grinnell. Close to the college, restaurants, etc. Full kitchen, heated tile floor in the bathroom, laundry, WIFI, & television with a Fire stick. Experience the charm of city living in a small town. This is our Premier loft which has two queen beds, a futon and a comfy leather couch.
