Perfect Sugarhouse Location

Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Built almost 100 years ago, it maintains its original charm while offering many modern conveniences. Sugar House, one of the hippest and most vibrant neighborhoods in Salt Lake City, is home to restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, and Sugar House Park.

Quaint Sugar House bungalow

Quaint house built in 1912 with all the updates, while still maintaining that old world charm. The large bathtub is definitely a plus, as is the porch swing.. perfect for people watching as the house is located on a bike right-away street. Walkable to local breweries, antique shops, coffee shops, bars and diners. Easy access to the freeway, 4 min walk to Trax green line. Washer and drier. Private backyard with large barbecue. This cozy gem is a private, 800 square foot spacious one bedroom apartment featuring continental b'fast and a full kitchen! Countless restaurants, pubs, grocery stores feet away. #6 Sugar House Bikram Yoga

Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
