Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The large bathtub is definitely a plus, as is the porch swing.. perfect for people watching as the house is located on a bike right-away street. Walkable to local breweries, antique shops, coffee shops, bars and diners. Easy access to the freeway, 4 min walk to Trax green line. Washer and drier. Private backyard with large barbecue. Tons of free street parking.
