Cozy home features warm lighting & paint colors and creative Northwoods decorating with a modern touch. Amenities include high speed internet, stainless appliances, coffee maker, front load washer and dryer, streaming services/Apple TV, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 fireplaces , central AC and a high efficiency furnace. The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

Only minutes from many lakes.

Sugar Acres

Enjoy a quiet stay on our 40 acre hobby farm in the adorable town of Sugar Camp. Sleep 8 comfortably in our 3 bedroom one bath home, perfectly located 10 minutes from downtown Eagle River and 9 miles from Rhinelander. Enjoy our beautiful fields and watch our horses graze, walk across the street for a great breakfast at Dee Dee's diner, or take a one minute drive and swim at the Sugar Camp public beach. Super easy access to the Sugar Camp snowmobile trails!

Welcome to the Northwoods!

Bring the whole family to visit the Northwoods in any season!! We are located right on the Three Lakes Chain, 1 mile north of Three Lakes and 8 miles south of Eagle River! We are right on Rangeline Lake (400 feet of lakeshore property shared by 4 rental houses). Rangeline Lake connects to the rest of the Three Lakes Chain of Lakes. We have great fishing, boating, water-skiing, tubing, biking, hiking, ice-fishing, snowmobiling....all from our front door.

Tiny Cabin with Northwoods Charm

Wake up early and enjoy the sunrise or sleep in and savor the peace and quiet. This tiny cabin, approximately 600 square feet, is located within one mile of Eagle River, WI, is near snowmobile/ATV trails, lakes, restaurants, and downtown shopping. Fully equipped with all the amenities needed to settle in and enjoy the Northwoods. This newly built cabin, includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom, a full-size kitchen, wifi, and laundry.

Wintergreen on Boom Lake

This is a four season home. Enjoy our small ranch house with a walk out basement to bring you to the shoreline of Boom Lake, the heart of the Rhinelander Chain of Lakes (Boom, Bass, Thunder, Lake Creek, and Wisconsin River Flowage). It is considered one of the best fishing destinations in Northern Wisconsin. The surface water area is over 1700 acres with 35 miles of shoreline for boating, skiing, swimming, jet skiing, and fishing!

An amazing and unique historical 3 bedroom cabin. Built to support Red Dot Potato-chip (later Frito Lay) corporate family retreats, this cabin is one of 3 rentals that embrace a beautiful setting, with lake front access to a clear skiing and swimming lake, plus access to more than 1.5 miles of private hiking and biking trails and a second smaller pan fishing lake! A new alternative for former Burr Valley guests!

Prairie River Cabin Gleason Wi

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Near the Harrison and Parrish Hills trail heads and on the banks of a river known for brown and brook trout. This is a recent remodel with a full kitchen and one large bedroom. Renters to date have included Ice Age Trail hikers, fishing, ATV/UTV riders, and family of neighbors. Your hosts live in the area and can help with suggestions for activities.
