Lovely flat in a central location. The host Mariusz was very helpful and responsive, even replying to a message late on Xmas Day!

Had a wonderful week here, close to the sea front and accommodation was excellent, apartment was well stocked and comfortable, beds really comfortable, a really lovely quiet place to stay, lots of lovely places to see, highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, the hosts were easily contacted, and were helpful, and extremely wonderful place to stay, thank you Benji and Leah ❤️ xx

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Perfectly situated in the beautiful town of Clare, the Globe's Flat is extremely cosy. There are so many thoughtful features provided by Lucy and Darrin, enhancing the feeling of comfort and well-being. The flat is above a warm and welcoming wet pub; an absolute boon. Lucy and Darrin were friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Absolutely loved staying at Sarah's place in Mistley! Location was central and it was super easy to walk into Mistley or Manningtree. My dog had the best time running around in the fenced garden, the space was cosy and warm and I loved working on my laptop in the sun room looking out at the backyard. Sharon was an excellent host, she came to say hello briefly and have me lots of helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

Lovely apartment close to the centre of Southwold. Very comfortable beds and great communication from Lucy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Beverley and Vincent’s place. It was located in the beautiful countryside and perfect for the peace and quiet. The hosts made me feel very welcome and were always responsive and eager to help if I needed. They also gave me privacy as well. The annex was a great stay, very clean and lots of amenities. It got a bit cold at times but electrical heaters and blankets were provided. I also enjoyed periodic visits from their cats, Elvis and Remy! Elvis is very friendly but Remy is a bit shy ☺️ Overall, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it if you were looking for a countryside getaway!

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Great little place next to river, friendly hosts thank Mark and Jan. Our dog enjoyed all the local and beach walks. Had fun with the canoe on the river.

The photos cannot convey how secluded and beautiful the setting is - with the houses set among mature trees of a former arboretum. Guests are welcome to enjoy Paul and Esther's lovely garden. The annexe is entirely self-contained. Esther is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host.

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

Great location to get around town. Gracious host who was quick to respond, clear with instructions.

Donna was a very responsive and helpful host. We had a great stay at the property and the garden is a really nice touch when the sun comes out. Water pressure is good so you can have a good shower and while the kitchen was small it does everything you need. We even managed to cook a roast dinner! All the essentials were included and Donna was flexible with our check in and check out times which was appreciated. We drove round the area and went to a vineyard which was lovely but also walking distance from a really nice pub in Packenhsm. Would recommend!

The Hayloft is beautifully situated in the lovely small town of Clare with all amenities in walking distance - the chip shop just a few yards! We know Clare well but had no idea that this place existed. Great dog walks in the park. Private parking - essential in Clare. We had a great time visiting old friends and old haunts. Many thanks Alison - we may well come again!

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.

Thanks to Hannah for a really lovely place to stay, which was ideal for a family wedding close by. She was very clear and detailed in her communication, and provided a warm, comfortable and very clean place for a restful nights sleep. I highly recommend her place for anyone who is looking for an air b&b in the area.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

We had the most wonderful 2 days here, totally blew us away. The setting is amazing and the flat is really spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be back x
