Modern apartment with balcony views of River Lark.

Located in the village of Fornham St. Martin, approx. 4 miles from the market town of Bury St. Edmunds, The Lark is a modern first floor apartment and a great place to relax in peaceful surroundings. The spacious balcony has far-reaching views across the Lark valley and adjoining golf course. There are plenty of footpaths accessible from the property and the local village pub is only a 10 minute walk away. The Lark apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore all parts of East Anglia.

The Globe’s Flat

The Globe is a CAMRA Award winning, wet sales only, real ale & live music pub in the the medieval wool town of Clare. The flat is directly above & has it's own front door to stairs leading to kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster, bathroom with power shower, sitting room & 2 connected bedrooms. Dogs are welcome, but must be pre-booked. Expect noise from the pub whilst open! We shut by 11pm every day except Sunday when we have live music from 2pm - 5pm, then shut at 7pm.

Elegant town centre apartment with parking space

Freshly refurbished, Georgian first floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Crown Cove House. 1 minute from beach

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Gil's Place - Stylish & Dog Friendly

Dog friendly space in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Bluebell Studio, Saxmundham

Bluebell Studio is perfect for a getaway. This large space is great for a relaxing stay. It is situated in the beautiful grounds of The Old Vicarage, which guests can enjoy. It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).

This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a modern town centre, residential building with on site secure free parking. It’s located in the heart of Ipswich where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The Waterfront is also just a short walk away. Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.

Studio Bedroom with own facilities

A newly renovated Studio Flat 5 miles from Newmarket, 20 miles to Cambridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.

Private annex for two people with own entrance door leading to Private Double Bedroom, Private Kitchen/Dining Room and Private Bath/Shower Room. Situated in a quiet residential area with off road parking. 20 minutes walk to the pretty town center of Woodbridge with its individual shops, cinema, swimming pool and the beautiful River Deben. Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.

Centrally located, this one bedroom apartment provides a great place for two people (not suitable for small children) looking to escape the noise of everyday life. It benefits from a balcony directly off from the bedroom allowing you to relax on balmy evenings. It is a short hop from the beach and comes with a fully fitted kitchen including coffee machine. A great base to explore the coast, and the Suffolk heritage.

Maddies Flat, Yoxford

Maddie’s flat is a self contained first floor flat attached to a mansion house. It consists of 3 bedrooms (queen, double & twin beds) a sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom/utility, plus an extra shower room with toilet. The flat will hold 6 people. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Low occupancy rates considered
