Exactly as described. Such a warm and cozy place to stay during a cold and rainy weekend. Beautiful views of the water. Kate was also so friendly and wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

I had a great stay with Lana, she is a lovely lady who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was prepared with an abundance of drinks and snacks, cake! Lana even made me dinner one of the evenings. This is a great place to stay for solo travelers, I enjoyed chatting with Lana who gave me plenty of recommendations on places to go locally in Winthrop and in Boston. Winthrop is a safe, peaceful beach community which I loved after a busy day in Boston. I was able to walk from Lana's home to the pizza place and then to the beach really easily, where I watched the planes flying into the airport. It was a wonderfully peaceful way to end my day.

Caroline is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful! She made us breakfast of our choice every morning and gave us many great suggestions. We also loved the location, it's a short bus ride to Harvard Square and transportation into the city. It is also walkable to a bodega and restaurants.

Excellent stay! Robin is a perfect host—always answered all my questions and was very polite. The room is very spacious, with a private bathroom. Everything was spotless and just like the photos. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with great restaurant options nearby. You can get to downtown in just a few minutes.

It was a great stay, location easy to find, bus stop nearby and station walkable to reach. Room is good, I had everything I need.

Extremely clean, inexpensive option in Boston. Parking can be difficult but I was able to find some on the same street or one street over each of the nights I stayed. Park, Target, and various restaurants nearby made it easy as a place to do remote work from and take breaks and get food.

I enjoyed the time staying in the room. The pictures do a good job of representing the size of the room, and the closet is quite spacious. Adding to that, Simone is a great and very helpful host, and she helped out with everything I needed. I really recommend staying here with Simone as a host.

Our stay at this Boston Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located—just minutes from the Silver Line bus stop, with easy access to the city center. The property offered a peaceful atmosphere and all the amenities we could have asked for, including a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a cozy living room. Our host Lavette was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the thoughtful welcome basket, made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Boston, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at Mary’s place was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any messages we sent. One highlight was her recommendation of a local Mexican restaurant—it was outstanding! Her home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. The walk to the studio takes you through her gorgeous outdoor garden, which added such a peaceful touch to the experience. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!

Christian's place was exactly what we needed for the weekend while we spent the day in Salem. He responded quickly and was very helpful the whole weekend. I would definitely book again the next time I'm in Boston!

John's a wonderful host! He's met a lot of people from all over the world and has a lot of stories to tell, very pleasant to chat with and makes you feel at home. The location is great, with very easy access to public transportation (both bus and train). The neighborhood is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I slept really well. John also let me use his guest parking permit so I could park my car on the street which was really nice of him. Highly recommend!

Patrick was a great host, very kind and attentive. He left some recommendations for places to visit, and I really enjoyed the city diner, their breakfast menu and milkshakes. The room is small, but has everything you need for a short stay. I was also grateful for being able to wash my clothes during my stay, as it rarely possible in Airbnbs. Other tenants Masoud and Jon were also kind, so I had overall very positive impressions and will gladly come back again.

We were delighted to stay at the airbnb and had a wonderful time! We definitely plan to revisit and look forward to our next trip to Boston. The stay with our hosts made the whole experience very special.

I had an amazing stay at Thomas’s place! The house is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean — I slept so well every night! The bathroom was also pristine and had everything I needed. Thomas was a fantastic host, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend his place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Connie was the perfect host during my stay! I was 2+ hours late getting to her place (my bus had a flat tire on the freeway); she was responsive and helpful even with the late arrival. I finally got to her place past 10pm, and she came out of the house to make sure I could find it. Her place was just beautiful and exactly as she described it. I really enjoyed meeting her and hanging out a bit for a couple days. The neighborhood is also lovely and super-convenient.

The check-in process was smooth, and the location was half a mile walking to the subway, convenient for getting to Boston instead of using uber. Christina was a thoughtful and responsive host—she made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed here for the Boston Marathon weekend and got a great rate when other hotels charge extortionate prices Peter and his wife were so friendly and helpful - they made their home feel like it was ours. It felt like we had the place to ourselves even when they were home as they were living on another floor. Thank you for making the trip so memorable.

Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bains privée sous le toit de la maison. Pas de cuisine mais un micro onde, un petit réfrigérateur, machine à café filtre et bouilloire. Chambre cosy bien chauffée et confortable. A 10/15 minutes à pieds de l’université de Harvard d’où on peut prendre le métro pour le centre ville de Boston. Quartier résidentiel sûr et paisible. Une excellente adresse.
