Nádherný byt vedľa lesoparku - Železná studnička

Zrelaxujte na tomto jedinečnom a pokojnom mieste v blízkosti lesoparku s výbornou dostupnosťou do centra mesta. Byt sa nachádza na treťom poschodí bytového domu - novostavby s výťahom a bezplatným parkovaním v garáži. Je kompletne vybavený, s vonkajšími žalúziami a klimatizačnou jednotkou. Z terasy je nádherný výhľad na park a Bratislavu. Dostupnosť miesta do centra je veľmi dobrá, 7min. na autobusovú zastávku s možnosťou viacerých spojov, alebo taxíkom za 5min. Budete sa v ňom cítiť ako doma.

Brand new apartment in Urban Residence (built in 2021). Perfect location - quiet and close to the city centre, with great public transportation connections (Main Train Station 8 min, Central Bus Station 17 min, Bratislava Airport 25 min). Reserved parking in the garage within the building. Moreover, the apartment uses green energy. Beautiful 2-room house (terrace) newly built in 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10 m2 with a garden of 40 m2. There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.

Krásny byt - apartmán v Starom meste s terasou

Bratislavské Staré Mesto dýcha úžasnou atmosférou, ktorú si, povedzme si pravdu, najlepšie môžete vychutnať, ak to máte z domu tak blízko, že nie je problém kamkoľvek vybehnúť aj pešo. Hocikedy. Hocikam. Hneď. Do mesta, do prírody, ako aj na vlakovú stanicu, aj na MHD akéhokoľvek druhu. Apartmán sa nachádza na šiestom poschodí z 6 ako jediný byt a disponuje obrovskou terasou s rozlohou 30 m2. Celý apartmán je nádherne presvetlený.
