my family and I stayed here for a few days. We love the area. I thought it was very peaceful and convenient to a lot of things. The backyard was a lot of fun for my kids. The rooms were very spacious and open for younger children. It was a nice home for my family. Also, I enjoyed the laundry room. It was very useful and free of clutter traveling with younger children I need to be able to do the wash and it was definitely open and useful. Whenever I had a question about the home, the homeowners were friendly and responsive We love the area and we look forward to coming back Thank you

Excellent location that is easy walking distance to old town Cottonwood. We enjoyed our stay and are already discussing another trip to explore the area more. Tiffany was extremely easygoing and responded quickly.

Wonderful stay with our family and dog! Couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to relax and enjoy the quiet holidays. Enjoyed the morning views and visiting elk as well! Cindy is a wonderful host!

We loved the location of this place. It was quiet, close to oak Creek businesses, pickleball courts, and mountain biking trails at Bell Rock. Alisa was proactive and friendly when we had questions. It had everything we needed, especially a washer and dryer for our active wear. The Clark’s grocery and Red Rock Cafe were within minutes of this place too. So convenient!!

Beautiful location and views, nice neighborhood, convenient to scenic areas but out of the congestion of Sedona. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of linens, towels, toiletrees. Awesome patio and rooftop deck with amazing views of the red rocks. Could use some more convenience items like more tea, coffee, non-expired spices/seasonings, but overall easy to cook meals in. Had to message host to get access code the day of arrival, but she was very responsive. Would stay at this property again!

This home was extremely clean, furnished very nicely, had a BBQ and fire pit and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were super responsive, and included thoughtful touches such as snacks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a very clean kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

Stepped out of the norm for my eldest 28th birthday, and we couldn’t be more happy we did, Jeanne’s place did not disappoint it was everything we expected felt at home away from home. Jeanne was very helpful and provide my family and I with lots of recommendations on things to do, places to go. We arrived a bit late way past our check in had some trouble entering, because we couldn’t figure out the lock, and Jeanne made sure to call me an help so we wouldn’t be standing in the cold. Aside from the house being in excellent shape it was nice and cozy and it made it even better to have such a caring & resourceful Host! Jeanne you are an amazing individual, thank you for having us, we will definitely be back 😊

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

We stayed at Steve’s place for 6 days. Check in was very simple, the owner lives upstairs and helped us with all questions. The location of the house is convenient, it is in a very nice neighborhood and close (20 min) to Sedona. The apartment is well equipped for 2-3 people. A big bonus is a view from the living room.

The place was really comfortable, cozy, and super clean. We went on a trip to Sedona, and it was pretty close — only about a 20–25 minute drive. My parents traveled with me and they were really happy with the stay too.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

The view at this place flows through you. It is very settling and inspires reflection. Well worth it. You can see downtown also which is quite fun.

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

We loved Julia's listing in Sedona! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved using the pool and hot tub for the complex. It was easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a market, with a beautiful view of the red rocks. It was quick and easy getting to downtown Sedona and lots of trails. Julia was kind and responsive and gave us some great recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Sedona. The location was wonderful and there were so many great restaurants that we walked to every evening. And wonderful coffee shops to choose from that are walkable as well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean and as described. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Mark and Jami were also great in making restaurant recommendations. And, be sure and walk over to ice cream that is right next door for a great way to close out your night! We would definitely stay there again!

This condo was just as it was pictured and was perfect. The host was very responsive and fixed one minor issue very quickly. The pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts were clean and peaceful. For us, the location was perfect. We enjoyed not being in the hustle and bustle of Sedona but were close enough for Sedona activities if we chose them. We found the restaurants in Oak Creek delicious with no wait for seating. The condo was easy to access and had some unexpected extras like a Red Rock park pass. We 100% recommend this place and will stay at it again in the future should we return.

Nick's Condo was exactly as advertised. Loved the location. We came to hike the many Sedona Trails and liked not staying in busy Sedona, but could get there quickly. Nick always responded to our questions quickly.

Great location for visiting Sedona. Outside of the crowds but still easy to access the main Sedona attractions. Very close to Bell Rock hike. Apartment had all the necessities. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, you will hear the neighbors. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful week at Sheela’s condo. Oak Creek is a perfect location with the grocery store across the street, great restaurants within walking distance and a bit removed from the busy pace of uptown Sedona. The kids swam every day and loved the pool area. Our fave spots to eat were Colt BBQ, Butterfly Burger, Pisa Lisa, PJ’s pub, Sedona Pizza & Pasta and Canyon Breeze. Never had a bad meal! Get up early to hike the big spots, parking can be tricky (it was busy due to spring break). The views were breathtaking. Best trip we’ve ever had!

Disfrutamos mucho de la casa en Sedona, después de largas caminatas llegar ahí fue muy lindo, entrar al jacuzzi, cenar en casa y disfrutar una película para reponernos. Todo está muy bien puesto y fácil, una gran oportunidad para la estancia en Sedona.

We enjoyed staying at Terri’s place. The location was very close to the hiking trails, restaurants, a few shops, and a golf course (so we ended up playing even though golf wasn’t originally part of our plan). Terri’s place was very clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent from before we arrived to after we checked out. Thank you, Terri! We would definitely stay again.

thank goodness that Nicole was so helpful, I was totally confused about the location of the condo! Everything was great, once we headed in the right direction!
