Old Manse Cottage

This traditional Highland cottage is spacious, bright and cosy. Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). The cottage is set in a private garden with views of fields and trees. Private parking. A fantastic base to discover beautiful walks and Highland landmarks; Strathpeffer village 1 mile, Inverness 18 miles, Route 500 2 miles.

Thistle Cottage, CrannachCottages

Thistle Cottage is situated in a secluded, peaceful 4 acre private woodland just outside the picturesque village of Garve on the North 500 Route. An ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life with beautiful walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The Victorian cottage, with its own private garden, has been tastefully renovated with all modern amenities to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Set within our lovely garden and surrounded by woodland just 200m off the back road - gives guests and children the safety and freedom to roam from the front door. Located just 15 minutes from Inverness airport.

The Lodge, Nutwood House

The Lodge is the west wing of Nutwood House, a unique property, once the Factor’s House and part of the Earl of Cromartie estate. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer, all amenities within 5 minutes walk. Magnificent views across the Peffery Valley. Private garden and many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking,fishing etc. Nearby places include the renown Rogie Falls.Great location and base to explore the Highlands.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Little Katewell Cottage with Hot Tub

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms.
