The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

Located on a corner lot sits this 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a ton of character; large backyard, new AC, new stove, comfortable beds and pillows and TV’s (40inch+) in all rooms. One block from Sierra View Hospital and near downtown. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, gateway to the Sequoia National forest and Giant Redwoods. 10 minutes from Lake Success and near a ton of outdoor recreation!

A Guest Cottage in a Garden!

A spacious, quiet guest cottage on a gated 1.6 acre property in the center of town. It is just a short drive from Sequoia National Forest, perfect for day trips. Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard. You are welcome to stroll in the garden and pick fresh fruit off the tree. Wouldn't it be nice to pick your own oranges and have fresh squeezed juice in the morning!!

The Redwood Escape Home is five bedrooms/two baths and is conveniently located on the way to the Sequoia Nat'l Forest and the Sequoia Nat'l Monument. This home is located in the small town of Porterville and has easy access to the Sequoia National Monument. Very close to Highway 190, local shopping centers, and River Island Golf Course. Comes completely outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a peaceful backyard/patio.
