Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden-room, a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Luxurious Shepherd's Hut ideal for Cotswolds stay

Our beautiful Shepherds Hut was built with loving care during Lockdown and now provides the perfect warm cosy get-away from the stresses of life. The hut is situated in it's own fruit and vegetable garden within an AONB with views to die for. We provide tea coffee milk cereals juice yogurts and home made bread for breakfast and a few beers. Mickleton village is a 5 minutes walk, has 2 great pubs a butchers and village store as well as the famous Pudding Club. Small dog welcome £15 / stay

The Retreat

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

In this light and spacious bedroom there is a king size bed, a sofa bed, TV and Wifi leading into a separate, modern kitchen with a dining table and shower room. A private path leads from the guest parking space to the property . Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.
