The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Cycladic island home

Newly converted stone wall farmhouse apartment situated in the quiet, green village of Vourkoti, 20 minutes drive from the town of Chora and beaches. The shared patio opposite the apartment overlooks the well-known beach of Achla while nearby footpaths lead to Andros routes trails to neighbouring villages and a beautiful waterfall. Nearby there is a river with shady trees, a stone bridge, springwater and traditional farmhouses with carefully tended fruit and vegetable gardens, trees and flowers.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

It is reached after a 5' minutes walk from the municipal road / parking area, through a traditional stone pathway.

It is an old two -store stonehouse, recently restored, which used to be a pottery-agioplasty laboratory, joined to the residence of the craftsman. The estate extends in an 0.7 acre orchard area, overlooking the city of Chora. Πρόκειται για παλιό πέτρινο διώροφο "σκαλαριό" - κεραμοποιείο - πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, μέσα σε κτήμα τριών περιπου δενδροφυτευμένων στρεμμάτων, κοντά στη Χώρα.
