Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Mall of Scandinavia med shopping och restauranger samt natursköna promenadstråk vid sjöar och skog finns på gångavstånd. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och gratis parkering ingår. Mataffär vid stationen, ca 7 min promenad.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena.
