Welcome to the pod! Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. Looking for a longer stay? Stornoway View Apartment

Stornoway View Apartment is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment, located in central Stornoway. It looks over the town centre, but is in a quiet area of the town right beside the harbour. Local amenities are within walking distance of the apartment: Co-op, coffee shops, Harris Tweed shop, bars, restaurants, butchers and fish mongers. It is a cosy, well equipped apartment with everything you need for your stay. An ideal accommodation for a couple looking to explore the Western Isles.

6 miles from Stornoway our new Barn conversion, on a working croft by the sea, is in the beautiful village of Aignish. Whether sitting outside on the balcony or from the comfort of the open plan living-room with full height cathedral windows, you can enjoy the gorgeous sea views and spectacular sunsets whatever the weather. We are situated on kenneth street, next door to the Royal Hotel and opposite the Store 67 shop, number 4 on the apartment door.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

You have the entire house and garden with secure bike storage, enclosed suntrap garden with garden furniture, and lovely conservatory to enjoy. Ample on street parking to front and dedicated off street parking to rear. Major supermarket and takeaway minutes’ walk away. All linen, towels, cleaning and basic kitchen condiments included.
