Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Boone23: Relaxing 2BR/2BA Getaway - close to ASU

Perfect space for a romantic and relaxing getaway for two or a family of four! No pets allowed. Perfect location: 9 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minutes from downtown Boone (King Street) and Appalachian State University, 12 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, 15 minutes to Blowing Rock (Outlets!) and 25 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Nearby is Brookshire Park which has soccer fields and open fields for play and Booneshine Brewery-excellent beer and food!

Centrally located to Wilkesboro, West Jefferson, and Boone in Deep Gap, NC you can be to Appalachian State University , the Blue Ridge Parkway, or multiple ski mountains in just minutes. The Air bee-N-bee is located in the Honey House where honey is processed and bottled. Maybe our hens will have some farm fresh eggs ready to share with you!
