Beautiful, refreshing Sydenham Lake is steps from the cottage and the water is very deep off the dock so jump right in!! or fish, paddleboard, snorkel, paddle boat, canoe, whatever calls to you! Cottage is a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach, boat launch, LCBO, Foodland, etc.) and 20 min drive to Kingston.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Sleep to sound of waves, the property is located literally on the creak. Massive windows overlook the water, that sparkles in the morning sun. Luxury bathroom with soak tub and stand in shower. Property is located on a beautiful trail, 2 minutes walk from a waterfall and historic park. 2 small grocery stores are nearby, one of them stocks costco items. Location is right off the highway and near kingston. 10 minute drive to kingston, 15-20 to Queens. No bus routes here. Car recommended

Place: Bright and Cozy Woodland Retreat

Unique forest retreat with a bright open concept and high ceilings. The custom kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. The main room is furnished with a couch and daybed that pulls out to a king. The bedroom’s french doors lead to a large screened porch among the trees. Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite New rates Nov/ Dec

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Mapleridge Cabin

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

Stay beside the North River in our charming guesthouse cabin. Private riverfront to launch canoes or kayaks Public Boat launch across the road. Short drive to several lakes, the Trent Severn, multiple parks, extensive off roading & snowmobiling trails. Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. Well cared for pets and their responsible owners are welcomed!

By night sit out back and be mesmerized by the clear starry nights and by day take a drive to PEC wine country. This glamping experience is tucked away in the village of Newburgh. The bunkie is 30 minutes from downtown Kingston and 15 minutes from Napanee and 40 minutes from Picton. It is conveniently across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature-enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging.

Guest Suite by the River

Centrally located between Tweed and Madoc. Many boutiques, conservation parks, trails, and recreational activities to do in the area. Go for a hike in the woods along the river. Visit the winery in Tweed. Or just sit and relax and read a book. There are plenty of board games as well. Note: Small Dog on the property
