The Stumble Inn motel suite resides in the quaint little town of Stone Lake, WI. Stroll around town to enjoy our local shops, restaurants and parks. A short drive in any direction leads you to one of our many area lakes for your boating and fishing pleasure. Hiking, biking, snowmobile and ATV trails are just outside our door! Large blacktop parking lot with plenty of room for trucks and trailers. Located just steps away from the 5-Star rated Red Schoolhouse Wines. The North woods at its best!

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

The Sunset Cabin

1950’s resort cabin brought back to life! The beautiful screened in porch looks to the west for some of the most gorgeous sunsets you’ll see anywhere. All is new and was completely remodeled in 2024. One bedroom has queen bed and the other has a full bed with a twin bed bunk. You’ll have your own dock for fishing, plus access to the shared lake toys:kayaks, floaties, fishing rods and tackle, row boats and a canoe. You’ll also have shared access to the sandy swimming beach and swimming raft.

Sylvan Chalet, Modern, Lakefront, Close to Trails

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind. Cabin is brand new as of January 2024. Host is 14 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however certain sizes and breeds are allowed by permission only. We have a NEMA 15-40R outlet for level 2 EV charging. You bring chord and adapter

Cozy A-frame on sandy beachfront

Welcome to Hearth and Pine A-frame on Sand Lake. Our comfortable and cozy year-round retreat is on sandy beachfront nestled among pines and oaks in Northern Wisconsin, and it is perfect for families, couples, outdoor enthusiasts, or girl’s getaway weekends – dog-friendly too! The spaces have been significantly updated, designed to retain the cool cabin vibe but adding comfort and convenience with some fun built in. Whatever “cabin” means to you, we’ve got it.

Pine Harbor #3 on the lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy little cottage is part of a historical resort on Spooner Lake. It has been completely updated. You have your own dock for your fishing boat or reserve and rent our pontoon. There is a fish house for you to clean the catch of the day. This cabin is centrally located. We have a great golf course within walking distance. Wild Cat mountain biking just to name a few things to do.

Lakefront Sunset Cabin w/Boats, Spa, FirePit & BBQ

Extraordinary lakefront home, private lake access! Bring your own boat, or use one of ours! Relax on the screened-in patio while watching lake wildlife. BBQ on our charcoal grill, then enjoy a game of cornhole or SpikeBall near the lakeside firepit. Cast a line for great fishing right out front, or push the boats in the water and explore Birch Lake. After a full day, wind down in the hot tub - which is available for you to enjoy year round!

The Farmhouse at Stone Lake

Enjoy the serenity of the natural surroundings, the breathtaking views and the stunning sunsets from your private patio and hilltop firepit area. This early 1900s remodeled farmhouse sits on a hill overlooking the beautiful rolling hills, pastures and woodlands of our 100-acre horse farm. In addition to our peaceful rural setting, we are a short drive from Spooner and Hayward conveniences and close to area lakes for recreational activities.

Slice of Paradise on Slim Lake

This cozy cabin in Stone Lake provides a true sense of the tranquil life in the Northwoods and is the perfect spot for your getaway! The cabin faces West on the charming and spring fed Slim Lake (great for swimming, recreation, and fishing). You can enjoy a morning coffee on either the deck or beautiful three season porch overlooking the water. It is a perfect spot for families and friends to make great memories at any time of the year!
