Our place is perfectly situated between the two! This newly constructed private retreat space is conveniently located between between Springfield and Branson. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking the woods, book a blacksmithing or enameling class with us, or use our place as a base while you explore Springfield or Branson.

Completely renovated A-frame cottage has the feel of lake life but with modern flair. Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Karla's Cottage is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Two Queen beds and one full bed makes it easy to sleep 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. A full-sized washer and dryer are available on property. A propane grill along with a large deck make everything just right for eating, visiting, reading, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
