The Snug - perfect for Bombay Sapphire experiences

Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. In the picturesque village of St Mary Bourne, an area of outstanding beauty, you will find our newly converted one bedroom self-contained cottage with a king sized bed and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay within the stunning Bourne Valley. Located centrally, you are within walking distance to the village shop/cafe, two award winning pubs and the historic church. Lovely walks nearby including the famous Test Way. Relax and enjoy our beautiful cottage. Strictly no infants or animals

Hawks Barn: New getaway barn with stunning views.

Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

There’s something magical about The Granary. Set in acres of farmland with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, The Granary brims with rustic charm. A dreamy hideaway with an outdoor copper bath and wood fired hot tub. An idyllic get-away-from-it-all yet only 3 miles to historic Winchester. Soak amid hot water, steam and fresh air surrounded by nature and birdsong, enjoy magnificent sunsets from the ‘Sundowner’ or cosy up toasting marshmallows over the fire pit - a perfect escape to unwind.

Stylish self contained lodge near St Mary Bourne

Quirky self-contained accommodation nestled within the Bourne Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and a short distance from the nearby villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurstbourne Priors as well as the small market town, Whitchurch. St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

Spacious one bedroom annex in Hampshire village

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The Hayloft, a spacious and charming period barn

The Hayloft is a stunning, converted early 19th century barn with old wooden beams and period charm. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.

Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream

Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Pigsty

Escape to a tranquil rural setting in the heart of the Hampshire countryside and in the shadow of Watership Down. Beautiful self-contained accommodation surrounded by gardens in a historic village with easy access to a multitude of walks and local amenities. Nearby attractions include Highclere Castle, Greenham Common, Stone Henge, Newbury and Winchester. Oxford (35 miles), Bath (70 miles) and London 45 minutes on the train from Newbury or Basingstoke.

Quiet self contained annex

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

The Hut in the Garden

We cannot wait to welcome you to our peaceful, romantic shepherd's hut. Nestled at the end of our scenic, quiet garden, yet within walking distance to the village centre, the location cannot be beaten. The village has all the ameneties you could need with a thriving village shop (soon to welcome a cafe too), a beautiful church, friendly community and 2 fantastic local pubs.
