Newly constructed in 2024; welcome to Sunny Side Cottage! This modern home features an open layout with full kitchen, coffee bar and living room. After your lake time, relax with a smart TV, fireplace, board games and patio. The master bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV and private bath. On the other side of the house there is a shared bathroom between a bedroom with a queen bed ( and smart TV) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper as well.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from Springfield international airport, 20 minutes from Stockton Lake for fishing boating and recreational beaches also 30 minutes from world-renowned Bass Pro Shops. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening. This cabin is located with in walking distance to the lake where you can put your boat in, swim or fish. Sleeps up to four, full kitchen towels and gas/charcoal grill.

There is access to a private cove less than a half mile away where you can drop a boat in, fish, and swim. There is no WiFi in this cabin.
