Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. We are located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from Springfield international airport, 20 minutes from Stockton Lake for fishing boating and recreational beaches also 30 minutes from world-renowned Bass Pro Shops. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening. This nearly hidden cottage in the woods (completed in June 2019) is perfect for a small family, two or three couples enjoying a lake vacation together, or several friends connecting simply to hang out. Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently only open seasonally on weekends) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

Camping On A Horse Ranch!

Enjoy camping in style near Stockton Lake. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit or the indoor fireplace over a fresh pot of coffee and s’mores! Fifth wheel trailer also has microwave and a new tankless water heater! A second AC unit was added to the bedroom! Trailer is located in the middle of Agape Ranch where you’re surrounded by famous foundation quarter horses and their young babies! Fishing on Stockton Lake is great and hunting is very close!

We are close to several Pomme de Terre Lake swimming and boat access areas. Another attraction is 8 miles away at Lucas Oil Speedway host to Boat Racing, Off-Road Racing, and Dirt Track Races most weekends April-Oct.
