Relax in beautiful Caves Beach in our quiet self contained unit in a garden setting. Our unit has bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/dining/lounge, also includes the use of the laundry. There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. This a guest unit downstairs in our house, We are available to help but otherwise give you privacy. Parking is on the Street

Across from beaches, playground, cafes/restaurants and in short walking distance to Merewether baths, pubs, skatepark, tennis and wall-ball courts. Walk the Bather's Way into town or trail bike through Burwood National Park and Fernley track. The studio is suitable for a business client wanting a relax and/or fitness downtime or anyone after a comfortable relaxed holiday with an abundance of mostly free activities at your doorstep.

Both living areas have bifold doors to take in the ocean views from Newcastle Heads to Nelson Bay - bifold doors open out to balcony upstairs, bifold doors access a private garden downstairs. Fabulous for families or 2 couples. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids. My studio is ground floor, beachfront, just 100 metres to famous Bar Beach and its fabulous sea breezes. It is within easy walking distance via Bathers Way to Merewether Beach or via the magnificent Anzac Walk to Newcastle Beach or the harbour. Great cafes in all directions. The studio has its own secure keypad access, privacy to come and go as you please. It is fully furnished with wifi, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. TV with access to your Netflix, Stan etc. Paradise!
