Central penthouse rooms on one floor of a classic 1860s wooden merchant villa in historic Waxholm town center. 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room. Sea views of the archipelago plus large patio with morning and evening sun. A few steps to nature, guest marina, restaurants, shopping, bathing beaches and ice cream! Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Villa med fantastisk havstomt

Skärgårdsvilla med havstomt och fantastisk havsutsikt ut över Erstaviken. Villan är 160 kvm och har tre sovrum, vardagsrum och två badrum med stor naturtomt och gång ner till havet där det finns badplats och brygga. Vid bryggan finns det möjlighet att lägga till med egen båt. Nere vid vattnet finns även en bastu som ni gärna får hyra. Huset ligger nära Stochholm med bil, Tyresö slott ligger på gångavstånd och med båt tar ni er snabbt till Saltsjöbaden och Dalarö. Hör av er vid frågor

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Centralt beläget boende mitt emellan värmdö centrum och grisslinge havsbad. Nyrenoverat hus i gammal stil fördelat på 60 kvadratmeter plus stort loft. Fullutrustat kök.
