Gångavstånd till buss, 10 min Farsta Centrum och pendeltåg 19 min till stockholm city.

An unique townhouse (build in 1933) famous for it's functional architecture. Three floors with a small private garden. Only 20 minutes to the city and very close to lake Mälaren. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and have your breakfast at the terrace (sunny days you can relax here in the sun which will leave approx around 02:00 pm). The area is very friendly and there's no problem parking your car outside. This is the place for you who appreciate a mixture between city and suburban life.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

The house is located on a calm street in Farsta surrounded by beautiful nature and 10 min walk to a local shopping centre with all service you need. The house is equipped with a big and modern kitchen connecting a private garden with a patio and large lounge couch where you can enjoy lazy days. Free parking, washing machine and nice neighbors available.

Stockholm city center is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus and train.

Enjoy the nearby lake and large reserve, or stroll down the hill and catch the 15 minute trainride to the city center. From our sweetspot you are near to the archipelago, nature as well as Stockholm city. The nearest grocery shops are 1-2 kilometers away. Borrow our bike or park your car just outside for free.
