Cosy, private studio near Stockholm city

Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Please note that there is a toilet with a sink, but no shower – however, our guests have access to a shower and kitchen at another location nearby. A cozy little house, 100 m from a swim in the nature reserve. 20 min to Stockholm city. Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Med egen parkering och bussar inom minuter bor Ni lugnt men ändå inte lägre bort än att ni faktiskt kan gå till Stureplan. 10'000steg från Stockholms Central. Frukost kan ni intaga i soluppgången och har sol till kl. 16:00. Ni kan bjuda gäster. Ni har också Millesgårdens Lanthandel/ Restaurang rakt över gatan. Passar de som vill bo "på landet" men med "stan", Tunnelbanan inom gångavstånd. Bara buss över bron, 600m.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids. The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

Tillgång till delad trädgård på sommaren med studsmatta för barn. Lägenheten är på 40 kvadrat med två rum, kök samt toalett och dusch. Byggd 2019 och med exklusiva materialval. Två rum och kök ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett rum med bäddsoffa.

I sovrummet dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa som bäddas ut till 1.20-säng. Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. Ca 13 min till fin badbrygga.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
