Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Det är gångavstånd till både naturreservat & badbrygga. Husdjur är också välkomna. Önskar man grilla så finns det grill att låna om man frågar. Djur är välkomna att följa med och staket finns på uteplatsen så hundar kan vara lösa på tomten. Tvättmaskin och torkställning finns om man behöver tvätta.
